Hatman Plays Pool
Hatman plays pool is a game about pool with a twist. You play as Hatman, hearing his internal struggle with perfecting the game of pool. The balls and physics don't behave normally. For example, there is a magical chalk that can be applied to the cue stick which makes the cue ball split other balls in half. You have limited lives so try to make as few mistakes as possible.
The game takes place in an abandoned bar somewhere in the united states. It isn't clear how Hatman ended up there or how long he has been there.
controls :
HIT STRENGTH - left click + mouse up / down
HIT CUE BALL - release left click
J - increase hit strength sensitivity
K - decrease hit strength sensitivity
P -pause game/ see cursor
this is my take on the classic game of pool, i wanted to add more game modes but good old time didn't allow me to do so. i didn't have much time to polish so there may be some game breaking bugs that i don't know about, sorry in advance. by far the ugliest and most inefficient code i've ever written is in this game.

Wonderful immersive game that held my attention perfectly. I adore the choice of piano music, and the environment is very cozy and immersive. I felt slightly nervous in a great way, and the gameplay was fun!! I chose to lift my mouse up and push it back on my mousepad multiple times to build up charge, reminiscent of a Nintendo motion gimmick. I would love more levels
happy to hear you liked it. i do want to see how far i can take the simple game of pool...
